Hometown Hearing and Audiology - Lost my stuff not replacing it

I would describe my experience here as definitely one of the worst experiences I have had with a business.Went in to have custom ear molds made for some very expensive ear buds molds were made and the tech asked to keep my earbuds to make sure the molds would fit.

Never heard anything for a month. Called did not received response. Sent my wife to the store to talk with someone in person because no one would return any calls. When she arrived she was told that they lost my earbuds, they stated they would replace them asap.

It has now been 4 months and still no replacements. UNBELIEVABLE. THIS IS BASICALLY THEFT!

THEY TOOK MY PERSONAL PRODUCT AND HAVE NOT REPLACED IT IN 4 MONTHS.DONT BUY HERE GO TO ECHO HEARING THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER!

I went to hometown audiology on North oak and I was treated exceptionally well I was given a pair of top-of-the-line hearing aids and they adjusted them for my hearing back for several appointments to have the frequency turned up as I got used to them and was taking all the time in the world with me to explain hearing loss and how to operate my new hearing aids I was not charged a penny I would highly suggest them never have I come across a place so *** good jobthank you for everything

I am the customer that posted this.The owner Scott contacted me and immediately took care of the problem.

He replaced my lost product and took care of me. This man knew how to handle a customer issue and made me feel like I wanted to try doing business with his company again.

Sometimes I forget that employees are just that employees, prone to mistakes, and sometimes we just need to get to the person that has a vested interest in the company.:grin
